At CoffeeAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet coffee and tea experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on non-perishable items and select roasted products.
Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
